The Institute for Advanced Economic Research (IAER) at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE) was established in 2019 though it was conceived in 2017, with a mission to build a leading global institute known for its academic excellence in research, teaching and mentoring. The goal is to attract world-class scholars with outstanding research or the potential of outstanding research. IAER offers tenure-track positions with various incentives for research and teaching, including competitive salaries and benefits with lower teaching loads and stimulating research environment.
