Dr. Tian is an assistant professor of economics at the Institute for Advanced Economics Research (IAER) at Dongbei University of Economics and Finance. Her research interest includes applied nonparametric and semiparametric estimation, with emphases on development economics, stochastic frontier analysis and industrial organization. Her research work has been published in Economics Letters and Empirical Economics.
